~ FACILITATION SERVICES

When groups or organizations have a need to assess their current status and determine a direction in order to proceed, the assistance of a group facilitator may be necessary. The group must desire the assistance of a neutral facilitator to maximize its group decision-making capability and there must be a general consensus among the majority of the group members that this assistance is needed. Facilitation provides an opportunity for the individuals in charge to think through strategies for moving forward.

The Center offers facilitation services for a group faced with situational challenges or organizational changes. This service includes preliminary assessment, group interaction in a structured format, and a neutral facilitator who will manage the dialogue and record the efforts and outcomes of the group.
